Mex-Tex Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 can (15 oz.) creamed corn
    1/8 c. jalapeno, chopped with juice
    1/8 c. green peppers, chopped
    1/8 c. onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    milk
    12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Add milk to make mixture thin enough to spoon into muffins or pour into pan.
    Cook until lightly brown on top at 450\u00b0.
