Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped squash
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 or 2 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 pkg. crackers
Preparation

Cook squash with onion until tender.
Drain.
Add cream of celery soup, cheese and eggs.
Pour into casserole dish.
Melt margarine and crumble crackers in it.
Spread on top of casserole. Cook in oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
