Snicker Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 bag caramel candies
    1 stick butter
    6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate drops
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix according to directions on package.
    (Do not bake yet.)
    Spread 1/2 dough mixture in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at temperature stated on package for 20 minutes.
