Frozen Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. white raisins
    1 c. broken pecans
    2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1/2 c. candied red cherries
    1/4 c. chopped candied fruit
Preparation
    Chill cream for whipping.
    Scald milk in top of double boiler. Mix together flour, sugar and salt; add to milk and cook over water until thickened.
    Stir in beaten eggs and cook until thick. Add vanilla.
    Cool.
