Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Brady Brook necks (turkey)
    32 oz. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper and ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. dry parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Measure hot water into stew pot.
    Add salt, pepper, ginger, parsley flakes, butter and turkey necks.
    Simmer until almost tender.
    Add vegetables; cook according to bag instructions.
    In saucer, add broth to flour, making a semi-thin solution.
    Add flour-broth solution to thicken slightly.
