Healthful Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. honey crunch wheat germ
1/4 tsp. salt
12 pkg. artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. white or whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 Tbsp. oil
2 beaten eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Combine the next 4 ingredients in a separate bowl.
Blend the 2 mixtures together.
Spread batter in 8 x 8-inch pan that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool and cut into 16 bars.
Serves 16.
