Pineapple Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bread, crust removed and diced into small pieces (7 slices if light bread is used)
    1 large (No. 2) can crushed pineapple and juice
    1/2 c. margarine or butter (not light)
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs or Egg Beaters
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Beat until fluffy, then fold in pineapple and bread.
    Place in 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    May be doubled for a 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Great with ham or bacon and sausage.
