Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped green onions (tops also)
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. mushrooms (optional)
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Fry, drain and crumble bacon.
    Set aside.
    Heat 3 tablespoons bacon drippings in skillet.
    Add onions and celery.
    Cook until tender.
    Add mushrooms, rice and soy sauce.
    Cook 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in beaten egg and cook only until egg is done.
    Add bacon and mix well.
