Chili Con Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans chili or 4 c. homemade chili
1 pkg. white buttermilk or Cotton Pickin' cornbread mix
2/3 c. milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Pour chili into ungreased 8-inch square baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients in order listed; blend well.
Pour batter over chili.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until done.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
