Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cans large crushed tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground chuck
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms (optional)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Saute ground chuck in 10-inch skillet.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Continue cooking until done.
    Drain fat from ground chuck and set aside.
