Ingredients

2 cans sliced red beets
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. beet juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch, add vinegar and water and boil for 5 minutes.
Add beets and let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
