Pineapple Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin (lemon may be used)
    2 c. hot water
    1 pkg. plain Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Dissolve orange jello in hot water.
    Add plain gelatine in cold water.
    When all is cool, add crushed pineapple and grated carrots. (I always add plain gelatine so salad will be firm.)
    Put in refrigerator until firmly set.
