Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium green peppers
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 small whole tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown onion and beef in a skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    While stuffing is simmering, cut pepper tops off and clean seeds out.
    Stuff peppers and put a spoonful of tomato sauce on top of each.
    Place peppers on grill. Cover and cook 40 to 50 minutes.
