Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 1/2 c. V-8 juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can corned beef
Preparation

Dissolve jello in 1/2 cup hot water and add V-8 juice.
Cool until slightly thickened.
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan.
Serves 9.
