Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 butterfly pork chops
    potatoes
    onions
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
Preparation
    Butter 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Peel and slice potatoes and layer in casserole.
    Peel and slice onions.
    Layer on top of potatoes.
    Layer more potatoes over onions.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper.
    Dot with pats of butter sparingly.
    Dilute soup with milk and pour over vegetables.
    Brown pork chops and place on top. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes and chops are done.
    Serves 6 to 8.
