Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
-
Assemble and mix ingredients in order listed.
Put in 9 x 13-inch sheet cake pan.
Let stand for 20 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
Frost with creamy white icing (ready made).
