Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    3 to 4 thinly sliced potatoes
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions. Drain fat. Place in greased casserole dish and cover with cheese and seasoning. Place potatoes over meat and cheese.
    Mix milk with mushroom soup and pour over top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
