Stir-Fried Deer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    deer steak, cut into thin strips
    1 small onion, cut in slices
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Combine sherry, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt and garlic. Marinate meat in mixture for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Heat oil in wok or deep heavy skillet.
    Stir-fry deer, green pepper and onion until meat is done (about 6 minutes).
    Serve over rice.
