Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean beef
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. flour
2 beef bouillon cubes in 2 c. water
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. dill weed to taste
1 tsp. salt to taste
1 tsp. pepper to taste
1/3 c. low-fat yogurt
Preparation

Cut meat into thin strips (about 2 inches long).
Saute mushrooms in oil.
Remove.
Using same oil, saute onion and remove.
Brown meat on both sides.
Blend flour in oil.
Add bouillon, stirring constantly.
Add paste and seasonings.
Combine all ingredients in double boiler.
Cook 20 minutes.
Blend in yogurt 5 minutes before serving.
