Cracker Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. canned cream
    39 Hi-Ho crackers
    6 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix peanut butter and vanilla.
    In medium saucepan, mix sugar and cream together.
    Bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes.
    Pour over peanut butter and vanilla mixture and beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer or until it thickens.
    Add crushed crackers and mix with a spoon.
    Press in a buttered pan.
    It will be very thick and will set up fast.
    May be cut right away.
