Mexican Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
2 bell pepper, chopped
3 large onions, chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
3 cans tomatoes
1 c. rice, uncooked
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown beef and drain. Add onions, peppers, celery and tomatoes, then add rice. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
Pour in large baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
