Chicken Monterey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts (or more)
    Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
    Bulls Eye barbecue sauce
    fresh green onions, chopped
    sliced mushrooms (canned), warmed
    fresh tomato with seeds taken out, chopped fine
Preparation
    Cook chicken under broiler or on the grill; don't overcook. Brush a thin layer of barbecue sauce over each side.
    Continue to cook until slightly brown.
    Put enough cheese to cover each piece of chicken, cook until melted.
    Put chicken on plate and top with chopped tomatoes, onions and mushrooms.
