Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cake flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. prepared mincemeat or 2 pkg. condensed (add 1 c. water, boil 3 minutes and cool)
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/4 c. tomato soup
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cream shortening and sugar. Add mincemeat to mix.
    Blend in eggs; add flour mixture, alternating with soup.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into greased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 80 minutes.
    Can be covered with white frosting or hard sauce.
