Mexican Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (6 oz.) pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix with jalapeno
 
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 large can creamed corn
2/3 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
- 
                            Brown ground beef; drain well.
 
Mix all other ingredients.
Put 1/2 ground beef in bottom of 8-inch square baking dish.
Put 1/2 above mixture over it.
Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese. Repeat with second layer.
Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cornbread mixture is done.
