Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced onions
    4 (10 oz.) cans undiluted beef broth
    4 to 6 slices French bread (1-inch thick)
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute onions until golden.
    In a medium saucepan combine sauteed onions and beef broth.
    Bring to boiling. Reduce heat; then simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
    In a broiler, toast French bread on both sides.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
    Broil just until cheeses are bubbly, approximately 1 minute.
