Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
16 oz. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2/3 c. oats
2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
-
Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs, water and pumpkin. Blend.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour in two greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes.
