Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. + 1/2 Tbsp. oil
4 eggs beaten
3 zucchini sliced thin
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. parsley

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into a greased 9 inch pie pan.
