Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 C. sugar
1 1/4 C. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 C. raw, sliced apples
1 C. raisins, soft
1 C. pecans or walnuts, chopped, optional
Preparation

Sift together the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Beat eggs and add sugar, oil, vanilla and blend. Stir together the flour mixture and egg mixture. Add the apples and raisins. Stir together, pour into a bundt pan (greased and floured or sugared). Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
