Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sirloin (1-inch thick)
1/4 c. Crisco oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ginger
4 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 large green peppers, sliced
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. beef bouillon
1/4 c. cold water and 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed
Preparation

Cut steak into 1-inch strips and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet; add garlic and ginger.
Saute until garlic is golden.
Add steak slices and brown.
Remove meat from skillet. Add peppers and onions.
Saute until tender.
Place meat back in skillet; add other ingredients and heat.
Serve over rice and/or noodles.
