Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. whipped topping
1 lb. graham crackers
Preparation

Mix instant pudding and milk.
Add whipped topping.
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers.
Spread with 1/2 of the pudding.
Add another layer of whole graham crackers.
Spread the rest of the pudding on.
Add another layer of graham crackers. Frost with chocolate topping.
Refrigerate at least 10 hours before serving.
