Grandma Dorr'S White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. milk
    3 pkg. yeast
    4 Tbsp. salt
    2/3 c. fat
    2/3 c. sugar
    6 lb. or 6 qt. flour (18 to 20 c. unsifted)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warmed milk.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
    Makes 6 to 8 loaves.
