Chinese Almond Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour, sifted
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1/3 c. almonds
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Slice butter into small pieces and stir into mixture.
    Add egg and almond extract. Mix well.
    Spoon dough onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes and enjoy!
