French-Fried Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large onions
    1/2 c. flour
    Crisco (for deep frying)
    2/3 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel onions and cut into 1/4-inch slices and separate into rings.
    Dip onion rings in milk and then in seasoned flour.
    Fry a few at a time until lightly browned in deep Crisco heated to 365\u00b0. Drain on absorbent paper.
    Serve while hot!
    Yields 4 servings.
