Grandma'S Silk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. unsweetened chocolate baking bars
    3/4 c. butter, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    3 eggs
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell
    whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over hot (not boiling) water.
    Stir until smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Combine butter and sugar in a large bowl; beat until light and fluffy (about 4 minutes).
    Add melted chocolate and water; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Chill until firm (2 hours).
