Black Forest Trifle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chocolate cake, prepared in 9 x 13 pan
1 box white chocolate pudding mix
1 c. sour cream (light)
1 (6 oz.) Cool Whip (Lite)
1 can cherry pie filling
2 oz. Amaretto
1 small pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. water (only)
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Take strawberry jello and dilute with water. Add lemon juice. Let cool a little. Pour over layers in bowl. Set aside for several hours or overnight in a cool place. Don't panic if bananas turn a little dark. When mixture is set, fix vanilla custard (I use several packages of instant vanilla pudding) and cover layers about 1-inch. Cover all layers with whipped cream (I use about 3 1/2 pints of whipping cream). Let set for about 1 hour in refrigerator.
