Creamy Cocoa Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 2/3 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. butter, softened
3 to 4 Tbsp. milk

Preparation

Sift together cocoa and sugar.
Add butter and milk.
Stir until well blended.
