Leinbach'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix together salad oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Sift together flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
Combine with egg mixture.
Stir in apples and nuts.
Bake in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
