Creamed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil cabbage in heavy pan with oil 15 minutes on medium heat on stove top; cabbage will be steamed down.
    Add milk, flour and cornmeal.
    Cover and cook on low heat 20 minutes or until thick. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve warm.
