Sherry Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, halved
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sherry
    1 (8 oz.) container reduced fat sour cream
    1 can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except breasts). If you want the mixture thinner, add 1/2 cup milk.
    Put chicken breasts in baking pan.
    Pour mixture over breasts.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 8.
