Microwave Nutty Apple - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 small red or golden delicious apples, cored
2 tsp. firmly packed brown sugar, divided
2 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
ground cinnamon

Preparation

Into 4 glass cupcake pans, place each apple.
Sprinkle core cavity of each apple with 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar.
Fill each with 1 1/2 teaspoons peanut butter and top each with 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar.
Sprinkle each apple with an equal amount of cinnamon and microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
