Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon (juice and grated rind)
    1 c. milk
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, butter and egg yolks.
    Add and mix together lemon juice.
    Add milk and egg whites (fold in).
    Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
