Paper Bag Apple Pie(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 large cooking apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    cinnamon to taste
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 peaches, pitted and sliced
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. peach Schnapps or 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 refrigerated biscuits, baked and cut in half
    ground nutmeg and mint sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    In skillet over medium-high heat, cook peaches and honey in butter for 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
    In mixing bowl, beat cream, confectioners sugar and peach Schnapps until soft peaks form.
