Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed potatoes
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    4 c. milk
    1/4 stick butter
    1/2 c. flour
    8 oz. Mexican cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, carrots, celery and onion until tender.
    Add butter.
    Add flour to milk; add cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
