Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cream-style corn
    5 Tbsp. bacon drippings or Crisco
    2 eggs
    2 peppers, chopped fine
    1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Mix ingredients thoroughly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Spray your pan before baking with nonstick spray.
