Artichoke And Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 large can artichoke hearts, drained
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions; drain.
    Saute onion in butter; mix all ingredients together (except cheese).
    Place in casserole, stir in cheese (retain 1/4 cup).
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
