Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cold water
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pecans, halved
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Simmer in skillet 4 minutes, or until mixture spins a thread from spoon.
Remove from heat.
Stir in pecans.
Stir until syrup turns to sugar, coating all pecans. Separate pecans while cooling.
