Lime And Horseradish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 large can pineapple (20 oz.)
    1 lb. carton large curd cottage cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. horseradish or to taste
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; add enough water to juice to make 2 cups liquid.
    Add to Jell-O and heat until dissolved (do not boil). Set aside to cool slightly.
    Mix cottage cheese, pineapple, milk, mayonnaise, nuts and horseradish, then add to Jell-O.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch container and chill until solid.
    Yields about 18 servings.
