Amish Hamburger "Goop" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground meat
1 medium onion, minced
1 small can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
Swiss, Mozzarella or Longhorn cheese
Preparation

Brown meat with onion.
Drain.
Add mushrooms and soup.
Mix thoroughly.
Top with grated cheese.
Simmer until cheese melts. Serve with or on top of mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
Good with side dish of green beans or salad.
