Miniature Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    12 to 14 vanilla wafers
    12 to 14 cupcake liners
Preparation
    Place 1 wafer in bottom of cupcakes liner.
    Beat all ingredients together with mixer.
    Fill cupcakes using all batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Top with your favorite pie filling, fresh fruit or frozen fruit.
