Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant mashed potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    For crust, mix potatoes, sour cream and water and pat into bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until edges start browning.
